ABOUT DRESS: This stunning couture gown is from Badgley Mischka's Spring 2011 collection. It is truly meant for a bride looking to feel like a princess!
It has a strapless beaded natural waist bodice with a full A-line skirt of chantilly lace accented by asymmetrical silk organza ruffles. The online photos don't do it justice because the beading on the bodice truly sparkles better than any wedding dress I have ever seen!
The dress is in excellent condition and I can provide additional photographs upon request. The dress was professionally dry cleaned and packaged immediately following my wedding and I can include a copy of the dry cleaning receipt with the dress for proof.
*Please contact me if interested and I can answer any and all questions you may have. I am also happy to send along photos with me in the dress.*
DRESS ALTERATIONS: The dress was taken in slightly at the waist. The seamstress left all of the extra fabric along the zipper intact, so it can be let out to it's original size if needed. It was shortened in the front to fit my height with heels (approximately 5'6.5"). I had the dress bustled as well. I also added more crystals that were provided by Badgley Mischka to enhance the bodice of the dress and make it sparkle even more!
VEIL / HEADPIECE DESCRIPTION: I had a fingertip veil custom-made with a comb fastener and satin ribbon to match the edges of the organza ribbon on the bottom of the dress. The veil also has a blusher. If blusher is not wanted, it becomes a beautiful two-layered veil that flows perfectly with the style of the dress. I paid $500 for the veil, but would be willing to sell it with the dress for a small fee.
PRESERVATION METHOD Professionally dry-cleaned and packaged (will include copy of receipt for proof).
